We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a resealable zipper to maintain peak flavor and aroma until you are ready to brew.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we offer flexible coffee subscriptions. You can choose your favorite roast, set your delivery frequency, and save 15% on every order. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Where does Balance Coffee source its beans?

We source our specialty-grade beans from sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. We prioritize direct trade relationships to ensure farmers are paid fairly and that only the highest quality crops reach your cup.

What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our roastery.

Can I return my coffee if I am not satisfied?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
